Just want to know who agrees with this massive increase, which will be significantly paid for by cutting Domestic focused programs targeted at helping US citizens at home and massive additions to the debt, as opposed to reprioritizing the current budget to meet goals while keeping the cost to tax payers somewhat static and domestic programs in tact?
