Asking who factcheck them is a form of genetic fallacy.

Yes, 43,000 spread between AZ, WI and GA. Just like trump won in 2016 with 107,000 spread between PA, WI and MI. But Biden won the entire popular vote by 81.2 million v. 74.2 million, so even if trump had won that 43K he still would have lost the election.
that's ludicrous on SCOTUS part.“Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognisable interest in the manner in which another state conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”
My answer is that if one doesn't believe any fact-checker, it's incumbent on one to do his own fact-checking.
do you not see the blatant inconsistency?? between counties in the same state??The ballots that are mailed from voters in those counties still must be postmarked or hand-delivered to the county election office by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, just like in the state’s 61 other counties. But the difference is the mailed ballots from the other 61 counties must be in the county election office by 8 p.m. Tuesday to be counted whereas the ones from voters in those six counties don’t have to be received by their county election office until the following Tuesday and still will be counted."
Don't really understand your point. Laurence Tribe who is certainly no friend of Trump said the exact same thing.

OMGChristiecrite "forgot" this little detail:
"Pennsylvania election officials have asked the state Supreme Court to allow them to count ballots without a postmark as long as they're received within three days of Election Day."

trump lost the popular vote but won the electoral vote by a thin margin in three or four states. Biden won the popular vote and won the electoral vote by thin margins in three states.
I'm no fan of the Electoral College but it wouldn't change the facts about either guy's win.

We've had the evidence ever since nov 4. The problem is the courts won't look at it. They know it says Pedodent Biden stole the WH and belongs in prison.
Laurence Tribe, a leading constitutional scholar, would not agree with that.

Do you agree with Tribe about this?
OMG
"hey i got a ton of ballots I just found.they arent postmarked - but so what?"

I don't know what you mean. He thinks the EC should go and so do I. He's criticizing what happened in 2020 yet the same thing happened in 2016.
