7 year old Jaslyn shot 6 times at Chicago McD's drive thru - woke White libs silent

It all boils down to the same thing, LV.

You and others don't believe in the citizen's right to bear arms.
Many, many Americans do.

I used to enjoy sporting arms prior to military service, but don't give a shit either way now.

The point is this: believing that anything will be or can be done is a pipe dream with very strong product in the pipe.
The side believing in the status quo has a huge advantage over the side wanting change, because the former don't have to do a fucking thing other than staying firm.

What it boils down to is that many people are in denial of the simple fact that they are the ones proliferating gun violence, so they're not the ones to solve it.

I would bet that there are fewer people in denial than there are people who just don't care, LV.
At least that's what I'm seeing.
We do nothing without a constitutional amendment, and during a culture war, the amendment process is totally useless.

Worry about stuff that you can help change, LV.

No you haven't shown this to be true.

In fact, you proved the opposite.

You proved that all it takes is to walk into a gun shop and ask for a gun.

In the eyes of the retailer and the law, that is a perfectly legal gun sale.

You choose to break the law afterwards when you choose to sell via straw purchase.

But you can't sell a gun via straw purchase unless you have the gun to sell.

The way to do that, as you helpfully showed, is to legally buy it.

If I go into the shop intending to buy a gun and sell it illegally to another person, I lied on the form and made an illegal purchase. I cannot make this simpler for you. Thank you for the conversation, amigo.

So they bought the gun legally first.

So...just like I said...every "illegal gun" started out as a legal one.

asshole, no they didnt. if you walk into a store and buy a gun that you intend to sell to someone else that's a felony. then if you sell the gun to a person that is also a felony. if the store owner knows your intent he too committed a felony.

you are fucked in the head.

If I go into the shop intending to buy a gun and sell it illegally to another person, I lied on the form and made an illegal purchase.

In the eyes of the law, you bought the gun for yourself.

So it was a perfectly legal transaction.

AFTER, you chose to sell the gun illegally.

But you bought the gun legally, in the eyes of the law.

well when you send people to come take my guns, you should come yourself, don't send someone elses son or daughter to do your fascist dirty work.

What I know is that if anyone showed up to take your guns, you'd happily comply because of your respect for authority and the law.

Interested to see how you can prove that intent without uttering those words out loud.

Doesn't matter, if a person intends to make a straw man puchace, you shit pig you, that's a felony and not a legal gun purchase, and trying to associate legal gun owners with criminals makes you a piece of shit, shit piggy.

Doesn't matter

LMAO!

Proving intent doesn't matter?

Then how can you prove that your intention was to sell it illegally?

, if a person intends to make a straw man puchace, you shit pig you, that's a felony and not a legal gun purchase

Right, but how do you know their intent when they legally buy the gun?

You don't.

So what else ya got?

and trying to associate legal gun owners with criminals makes you a piece of shit, shit piggy.

You're the ones who supply them, so you're associated with them.
