could he have used a different method? maybe. but that goes to his state of mind. There was definetely a reason why it was done though. Maybe people should follow police officers and file a case afterwards if they were wrong.

It's always easier to armchair QB after the fact but it seems pretty clear this guy had mental problems and use of a taser could have been used instead of a gun.
