Calif bill~to force trump to release tax records to get on statewide 2020 ballot

Because previously showing one's taxes was a PR maneuver.

If there is a "Real" National Emergency ---Trump's team will "Leak" that his tax records are now ready for public consumption ---and then, the emergency will be dealt with while the Media attends to broadcasting Trump's self-worth [which would depress everyone], by then the emergency will be over and the Media wont notice nor give credit.

what difference does it make.....all California's electoral votes are sealed to the Demmycrat Party........he could win the presidency without even being on the ballot in California.........

Yes, California will go for Democrats from now until America is destroyed. But, it matters because:

1) Getting Trump off the ballot will encourage liberal politicians across the country to block Republican candidates from the ballot, even in places Republicans can win.

2) Losing the popular vote is bad PR, losing it by a wider margin is worse PR, which the liberal media will hammer.

3) There's a movement by states to give their electoral votes to the popular vote, defying the popular vote of their own states. When that happens, California will hand the White House to the Democrat.

liberals won't have the votes to block Republican candidates from the ballot in places Republicans can win........they will only be able to do it in the Communist states........

I believe twenty states have already passed laws to give their electoral votes to the popular vote (at a certain point). I doubt all twenty states are hopelessly owned by Democrats, even though only Democrats would pass such a law.

Especially in today's corporate owned govt. In fact, it would help to see spouses' tax returns as well.

I don't think it would be constitutional. It would be adding a requirement to be president not included in the Constitution and that is not allowed.

Nobody would read tax returns, anyway.
