No he is not. I did no such thing. Had Mueller said "after compiling the evidence, we have concluded there is enough to warrant indictment. Due to DoJ ruling, the indictment will happen when Trump leaves office".

No politician could ignore the need for impeachment had Mueller done that.

You are also wrong on the AG pick. Holder stated clealy he was Obama's guy. Presidents consistently pick AG's that agree with them

Mueller is a Republican, and a consummate professional. He made it clear that Congress should be the entity to bring trump to justice, as POTUS is above the law. He isn't above impeachment, however.

No. Potus is not. Is the process different? Yes. But not above the law.

No, Mueller did no such thing. He reached a definitive conclusion on conspiring... Evidence did not support indicting anyone in the Trump campaign. On obstruction he was vague. He knows there isn't enough evidence to indict, so he came up with his nonsense and is now trying to tell Congress to do his job.
 
Mueller is not a professional. A prosecutor dues not say "i couldn't find enough evidence to prove the suspect is innocent". That is pure crap on his part.

That's just silly. POTUS cannot be indicted when the Justice Dept. is his personal law firm. POTUS is above the law. Just ask Barr.

Mueller was clear. The campaign conspired with Russia, but POTUS is above the law. Obstruction was clear, and he will face prosecution for same in '21.

Why wasn’t a single Russian conspiracy indictment handed out to someone besides Trump?

I’ll at least entertain the argument that Trump is not not guilty of obstruction. Collusion is just too much to take.
