Romney could send every American $1 and still have money left over. He would need $330 TRILLION to send every American a million bucks. Romney would need to own more than ten times all the publicly traded companies in America to do that.
trump claims he can overrule the Fed. If so, and given his preference for high inflation, he may hand out a million per American... Or maybe just to the whites. If he controls the Fed, it is very possible to do that, but it would also cause hyper inflation.
That's going to leave a mark.
