7 year old Jaslyn shot 6 times at Chicago McD's drive thru - woke White libs silent

Hi, I think you may be confused. a straw purchase is an illegal purchase, BMD is right here. there is no legal way you can buy a gun for someone else without both parties going through the NICS check.

You're skipping over the first step here.

How do you first get the gun to sell it in a straw purchase?

Not confused at all.

Guns don't appear out of thin air, nor do they blip into existence like in Avengers.

So before you can even sell a gun in a straw purchase, you have to first get the gun to sell, right?

So how do you first get the gun to sell in a straw purchase?

From where are you first getting that gun that you are going to sell to someone illegally?

If you're stealing it, then from whom are you stealing it, and how did they first get the gun?

If you found it, then who lost it? And the person who lost it, got it how?

If it's yours, from where did you first get it? Did you buy it from a retailer? Did someone give it to you? If someone gave it to you, from where did they get it? Etc.

Every single one of those guns can be traced to an initial legal gun sale.

Your "thinking" is screwed up.
The OP's point is, black on black goes on hundreds of times more often than cops shooting blacks, and the rating-seeking media and money-hungry BLM scammers cannot capitalize on black on black shootings.

No, gang on gang goes on hundreds of times more often than cops shooting people.

This is just another race baiting thread.

You walk into a store and say "I would like on pistole please!"

Then you have to fill out a form.

here is that form, page 2.

What does the 4th sentence say at the very top of the form?

It says that if you are buying the gun for someone else it is illegal and a felony.

That would be an illegal sale and purchase.

I am not sure I find it race baiting. I agree with those on this thread who say we don't speak up enough about these kinds of stories. The media, does not find them sexy at all.

You make your arguments too indirectly, LV.

I really don't like guns!
This is what you're really saying with every post, and you have every right to say it.

But a country that doesn't allow private citizens to own guns is a country other than ours.

I'm not going to give you the stupid "Love it or leave it" argument because I have more than two functioning brain cells to interact and create a cogent thought.

Just understand that if the American concept works for you, guns are part of the deal.
It can't be practically changed.

Who finds the constant drug and gang violence "sexy"? If those were a rare occurrence, it would be big news. Like in Japan.

Right, so you bought the gun legally.

So what I said before, that every gun starts out as a legally purchased gun, is entirely, 100% accurate, isn't it?

So in order to sell the gun via straw purchase, you first have to get a gun to sell, and you're here saying that the way to do that is to buy it legally.

So...thanks for proving my point.

Are you fucking kidding me?

From where do you think those criminals are getting those guns? From "responsible gun owners" like you. Dumbasses who leave them in their car, or who hide them poorly in their home, or who just fuckin forget where they put them.

How many times have I said the #1 supplier of guns to criminals are "responsible gun owners"? At least a dozen times.

How many times have I talked about how 200,000 guns go missing from "responsible gun owners" like you every fucking year, and 10% of the time you don't even tell the cops when your weapons go missing? At least a dozen times

You're the one who doesn't want to talk about that because you're a fucking pussy.

So because there are criminals, we shouldn't have guns to protect ourselves form criminals, who won't obey the gun laws?

Every single gun starts out as a gun that was first purchased legally.

So the suppliers of guns to criminals are people who legally bought the gun.

You buy a gun to protect you from criminals armed with guns they stole from you.

If you can't see how that is cynical and circular, then there's no reaching you at all. You're too far gone. You are an addict.

Replace "guns" with "heroin" and it's the same....you do heroin to escape the awful life your heroin addiction has caused.
